6. Student Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline and respect faculty, staff, and peers.
- Zeroin Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student for misconduct, without refund.
7. Health and Safety
- You must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the class. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
- You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during a class due to a failure to follow instructions.
- You must wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during classes.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk; the academy holds no liability for accidents or injury.
9. Intellectual Property
- Recipes, techniques, and materials provided during the course are the intellectual property of the academy and are for personal use only.
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
